  • PDF (preferred) - with embedded fonts
  • AI - Adobe Illustrator
  • EPS - Encapsulated PostScript
  • TIFF - Tagged Image File Format
  • JPG - high resolution (300dpi minimum)

For best results, we recommend PDF files with all fonts embedded. This ensures your design prints exactly as intended.

How long does printing take? +

Turnaround times vary depending on the product and quantity:

  • Business Cards: 2-3 business days
  • Letterhead & Envelopes: 3-5 business days
  • Brochures & Flyers: 5-7 business days
  • Pocket Folders: 7-10 business days
  • Custom Orders: varies by complexity

Rush service is available for urgent orders. Contact us for specific turnaround times.

Yes! We offer design services to help you create professional printed materials. Our design team can:

  • Create designs from scratch
  • Modify existing designs
  • Ensure proper file setup for printing
  • Convert files to print-ready formats

What is the minimum order quantity? +

Minimum order quantities vary by product:

  • Business Cards: 100 cards
  • Letterhead: 100 sheets
  • Envelopes: 100 envelopes
  • Brochures & Flyers: 50 pieces
  • Pocket Folders: 50 folders

Smaller quantities may be available for digital printing. Contact us for details.

Do you ship GTA-wide? +

Yes, we ship throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We offer:

  • Local delivery in Etobicoke and surrounding areas
  • Courier delivery across the GTA
  • Pickup at our facility (32 Goodmark Place, Unit 1 & 2, Etobicoke)

Shipping costs vary based on location and order size. Contact us for a shipping quote.

What paper weights do you offer? +

We offer a variety of paper weights to suit your needs:

  • Text Papers: 80lb, 100lb text
  • Cover Papers: 12pt, 14pt, 16pt cover stock
  • Specialty Papers: Linen, metallic, recycled

Our team can recommend the best paper weight for your specific project.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex
  • Debit cards
  • Cheque (with approval)
  • Cash

For first-time customers, payment may be required in full before production begins. Established accounts may qualify for net 30 terms.

Can I get a sample before ordering? +

Yes! We offer sample prints so you can evaluate paper quality, colors, and finishes before placing a full order. Contact us to request a sample kit or visit our facility to see examples of our work in person.
